An NSCA Certified instructor for over five years and an NSCA Virginia Delegate since 2020, Condon continues to serve and represent the shooters and clubs in Virginia at the National level, she is an A Class shooter and competes regularly nationwide. After spending years searching for shooting clothing  "made for women" only to find they are cut for men with added pink piping and from seeing brilliant, beautiful, talented women at competitions and hunts with the same ill-fitted vests, she decided to create Herfield to help every woman look, feel and shoot better.

Starting with a single classic vest, the plan is to build on this functional design with much more to come, all made in the USA.  Whether worn on occasion or for shooting every single day our intuitive design will be advantageous for all women shooters to look and feel their very best.  We honestly believe that when you're comfortable and look good, it instills more confidence and that confidence improves performance.
